Abstract:
The reverse thrust fold structure, as an important ore-controlling structure, has become a key factor for breakthroughs in the exploration of various mineral resources. To deepen the study of the ore-controlling laws of structures and guide the gold exploration work, taking the Zhaohuolanggou Fault in Beipiao City, Liaoning Province as an example, through in-depth sorting and analysis of previous geological data, the ore-controlling elements and alteration characteristics of the structure were clarified, and it was determined that the Zhaohuolanggou Fault is a reverse thrust fold structure. The Lamagou gold deposit in the eastern section of the Zhaohuolanggou Fault was selected for the study of the geological characteristics of ore formation combined with the geophysical characteristics of typical gold deposits in the region to construct a comprehensive gold exploration model. The southwestern section of the peripheral reverse thrust fold structure was coupled with artificial heavy sand anomaly and induced current middle gradient anomaly, and the Zhuhugou section was determined as the gold exploration target area, which pointed out the direction for the peripheral exploration of existing exploration rights and also has certain reference significance for the gold exploration work in the Liaoxi region.
