Production practice of antimony sulfide gold concentrate smelting process optimization

According to production practice in the smelter of Hunan Chenzhou Mining Industry Co.,Ltd.,the procedures of grain making,blasting furnace,cupellation furnace,purification furnace,gold refining furnace and metallurgy are continuously optimized,achieving good production performances,improving the recovery rate of gold and antimony,which are 96.81 % and 96.33 % respectively.The paper summarized and analyzed the measures of optimization and effect,provided technical support for gold and antimony recovery improvement in the smelter,and also can be used as a reference for similar smelting enterprises to optimize processes.
