Abstract:

In underground mines using caving mining methods,surface rock movement control is very important for the protection of structures and land occupation.Based on the existing research that has found the supporting effect of the collapsed medium on the walls of the bodies in the collapse zones and the supporting effect of the critical medium column,the technology of backfilling the collapsed area with a waste rock to control the rock movement range from further developing has been developed.For the case of surface rock movement control with insufficient waste rock backfills,based on the support of critical medium column and the monitoring results of surface rock movement,this paper studied the whole process from the great goaf caving to the surface subsidence and rock movement and analyzed the characteristics of surface and the effect of surface thick layer loose rock layer.At the same time,the supporting technology of a medium dam at the edge of a staggering area is proposed.Therefore,by using a small amount of waste rock to control the sensitive parts of surface subsidence,the damage of surface rock movement in Beiminghe Iron Mine was solved economically and safely.
