Strength requirement calculation and design of the backfill body for downward small sublevel stope

摘要:

为了获取下行式小分段采场充填体最优强度需求,实现安全、高效、低成本回采的目的,以喀拉通克铜镍矿矿岩-充填体力学参数为基础,进行了强度需求解析计算。基于推荐的采场结构参数(长、宽、高分别为30 m、8 m和12 m),以采场打底层、接顶层和非胶结充填体的结构设计为基础,采用Flac3D软件构建了矿岩的三维数值模型。研究了不同强度的充填体顶板下向揭露时的稳定性,进而确定下向开采充填体顶板最低强度需求的数值解;综合对比分析了充填体强度解析计算和数值模拟结果的差异及原因,并结合现场实际工况条件推荐了下向充填体强度及其结构设计方案,实现采场结构参数与充填体强度参数的协调匹配。

Abstract:

The study seeks to obtain the optimal strength requirement for the backfill body in downward small sublevel stope,and optimize the optimal strength for the backfill body in the process of mining while guaranteeing safe stoping conditions,so as to lower filing cost and realize the best economic benefits.The paper analyzes and calculates the strength requirements based on the mechanical parameters of the ore rock-backfill body in Karatunk Copper-Nickel Mine.Based on the suggested stope structure parameters(length,width,and height are 30 m,8 m,and 12 m respectively),and the structural designs of the bottom layer,roof connection layer,and uncemented backfill body,the study uses Flac3D software to construct a 3D numerical model of ore rocks.The stability of backfill bodies with different strengths is studied when the roof is revealed downwards,to determine the numerical value of the minimum roof strength requirement of the backfill body in the process of downward mining;the difference and its causes of the backfill body strength calculation and numerical simulation results are comprehensively compared and analyzed,and the practical field situations are considered as well,before the downward backfill body strength and its structure design scheme are proposed,which realizes the coordination of stope structure parameters and backfill body parameters.
