次氯酸钠氧化法处理某黄金尾矿淋溶液试验研究

Experimental research on the treatment of certain gold tailings leaching solution by sodium hypochlorite oxidation method

摘要:

黄金尾矿淋溶液中NH4-N含量高,治理难度大。试验采用次氯酸钠氧化法处理某黄金尾矿淋溶液,考察了废水pH、反应时间和NaClO溶液用量对废水中NH4-N和COD的去除效果。结果表明:NaClO溶液用量对NH4-N和COD去除率的影响最大;在废水pH值为6.00,反应时间为10 min,NaClO溶液用量为80 mL/L的最佳条件下,NH4-N和COD的去除率分别为99.3 %和87.5 %。

Abstract:


The leaching solution of gold tailings contains much ammonia nitrogen and is difficult to treat.In the test,the sodium hypochlorite oxidation method has been applied to the treatment of certain gold tailings leaching solutions.The effects of pH,reaction time,and dosage of NaClO solution on the removal of NH4-N and COD have been investigated.The results show that the NaClO dosage has the greatest effect on the NH4-N and COD removal rate.Under the optimal treatment conditions:pH of 6.00,the reaction time of 10 min,and NaClO dosage of 80 mL/L,the removal rates of NH4-N and COD are 99.3 % and 87.5 % respectively.
