分光光度法测定黄金冶炼废液中的硫氰酸根离子

Determination of the thiocyanate radical ions in gold smelting waste solutions by spectrophotometry

摘要:

研究建立了分光光度法测定黄金冶炼废液中硫氰酸根离子的方法,并对前处理及显色时间等条件进行了优化。结果表明:前处理过程中加入10 mL 50 g/L硫代硫酸钠溶液和4 mL(1+3)盐酸溶液可有效沉淀分离干扰元素,最佳显色时间60 min。该方法的精密度为0.57 %~5.07 %,加标回收率为96.0 %~102.3 %,准确度和精密度良好,满足黄金冶炼废液中硫氰酸根离子检测要求。

Abstract:

The study established a spectrophotometry method to determine the thiocyanate radical ions in gold smelting waste solutions and optimized the conditions such as the pre-treatment and color-developing time.The results show that during the pre-treatment,the addition of 10 mL 50 g/L sodium thiosulfate solution and 4 mL (1+3) hydrochloric acid can effectively precipitate and separate interference elements,and the optimal color-developing time is 60 min.The precision of the method is 0.57 %-5.07 %.The recovery rate of the reference material is 96.0 %-102.3 %.The accuracy and precision are both good.The method meets the requirements for thiocyanate radical ions detection in gold smelting waste solutions.
