摘要:

为研究庙岭金矿分级尾砂的胶结充填性能,分析了分级尾砂的矿物组成、化学成分、粒级组成等,并进行了分级尾砂的坍落度试验、沉降性能试验、单轴抗压强度试验、压滤试验和L型管道试验。试验结果表明:庙岭金矿分级尾砂充填料浆在灰砂比1∶4、料浆浓度70 %~74 %时具有良好的抗压强度和流动性、可泵性,可用于矿山充填作业。

Abstract:

In order to study the performance of cemented filling with classified tailings in Miaoling Gold Mine,the mineral composition,chemical composition,and grain gradation distribution were analyzed and the properties of the slump,subsidence performance,uniaxial compressive strength,press,and filter and L-shaped pipeline were tested in this paper.The experimental results show that the slurry of classified tailings has better uniaxial compressive strength,flow characteristics,and pumpability when the ratio of ash to sand is 1∶4 and the concentration of slurry is 70 %-74 % for the classified tailings in Miaoling Gold Mine,indicating that the tailings can be used for filling in mines.
