深部巷道支护方案数值模拟优选及应用

摘要:

随着矿山地下开采深度日益增大,深部巷道地压管理是实现井下安全作业的重要保证。针对锦丰金矿深部开采巷道稳定性问题,提出了3种不同的支护方案,采用Flac3D软件对3种支护方案与原方案进行模拟,分别从x方向、z方向和塑性区3个方面对4种支护方案进行分析,确定了采用钢网+树脂锚杆+纤维混凝土的支护方案。通过现场支护工业试验验证了数值模拟结果的准确性与可行性。

Abstract:

With the increasing depth of mining in mines,the management of deep roadway ground pressure is an important guarantee for the realization of safe underground operations.In terms of the stability of the deep mining roadway in Jinfeng Gold Mine,3 different support schemes are proposed.The 3 schemes and the original scheme are simulated using Flac3D numerical simulation software,and the 4 are analyzed from the x direction,the z direction,and the plastic zone respectively.The supporting scheme of  steel mesh+resin bolt+fiber concrete was determined.And the accuracy and feasibility of the numerical simulation results are verified through the actual onsite supporting test.
