The grinding procedure plays a key role in ore-dressing operations.The grinding product grain size directly impacts ore-dressing indexes.Reasonable and scientific control of grinding product grain size is a key solution to an effective decrease of ore-dressing cost and improvement of economic benefits.The paper summarizes the grinding product grain size optimization processes in terms of steel ball proportion,grinding media,grinding auxiliary reagent addition,model,and algorithm,and analyzes the optimization performance of each method,providing references for grinding process renovation and optimization of ore-dressing plants.
