纳米复合陶瓷球在边磨边浸工艺中的应用研究

Research and application of nano-composite ceramic balls to the grinding-while-leaching process

摘要:

青海昆仑黄金有限公司氰化流程采用边磨边浸工艺,磨矿过程中产生的铁粉与氰化钠发生反应,不但造成了球耗、氰化钠耗量的增加,而且反应生成的铁氰络合物恶化了浸出环境,影响了贵金属的浸出。开展了纳米复合陶瓷球在改善边磨边浸工艺中卧式球磨机指标的研究。结果表明:通过对球磨机排矿口进行改造,提高球磨机纳米复合陶瓷球充填率后,在实现处理矿量保持不变的情况下,吨矿电耗下降34.90 %,球耗下降56.67 %,氰化钠耗量下降1.18 kg/t,浸出介质中铁质量浓度明显降低,介质质量得到改善,金浸出率提高0.23百分点;年可新增经济效益216.34万元。

Abstract:

The cyanidation flowsheet of Qinghai Kunlun Gold Co.,Ltd.adopts the grinding-while-leaching process.The iron powder produced in the grinding process reacts with sodium cyanide,not only causing more ball and sodium cyanide consumption but also damaging the leaching environment by generating an iron cyanide complex,hence affecting precious metal leaching.To this end,the company has carried out research on the effect of nano-composite ceramic balls on the indexes of the horizontal ball mill when the improved grinding-while-leaching process is used.The research results show that when the discharge end of the ball mill is renovated and the filling rate of nano-composite ceramic balls in ball mills,with constant ore treatment volumes,the power consumption per ton of ore is reduced by 34.90 %,the ball consumption is reduced by 56.67 %,and the sodium cyanide consumption decreases by 1.18 kg/t.The iron mass concentration in the leaching medium was significantly reduced.The medium quality was improved,and the gold leaching rate was increased by 0.23 percentage points.The annual economic benefits were increased by 2.163 4 million yuan.
