摘要:

黄金矿山每年产出大量含氰废水,其无害化处置和资源化回收利用是黄金矿山企业面临的严峻挑战和亟须解决的重大难题。详细介绍了含氰废水净化技术及回收工艺优缺点,净化技术包括自然降解法、生物降解法、碱性氯化法、SO2/空气法、过氧化氢法、臭氧氧化法等,回收工艺包括AVR法、活性炭吸附法、树脂吸附法、溶剂萃取法、液膜法等,以期为黄金矿山含氰废水的处理及回收提供技术参考,最终实现矿山的绿色可持续发展。

Abstract:

Plenty of cyanide wastewater is produced by gold mines every year.Its detoxification and recycling as resources is a serious challenge that all gold enterprises face and a major problem that must be solved as soon as possible.The advantages and disadvantages of purification technology and recycling process for cyanide wastewater are ela-borated.The purification technology includes natural degradation,bio-oxidation,alkaline chlorination method,SO2/air method,hydrogen peroxide method,ozone oxidation method,and so on.Recycling processes include the AVR method,activated carbon adsorption method,resin adsorption method,solvent extraction method,liquid membrane method,and so on.The research hopes that it can provide technical references for cyanide wastewater purification and recycling,and eventually that sustainable development of mines is realized.
