挑水河磷矿胶结充填体强度需求研究

Study on the cemented backfill body strength requirement in Tiaoshuihe Phosphate Mine

摘要:

充填体强度是保证采空区稳定的关键因素,有必要对充填体强度进行计算。利用Terzaghi模型法和卢平计算模型2种理论计算方法对挑水河磷矿的充填体强度进行理论计算,为确保矿山开采安全,安全系数取2.0,其结果为0.76~1.84 MPa。为确保其准确性,利用Flac3D软件进行强度模拟验证,其结果为1.5 MPa,在理论计算范围内。2种计算方法相互印证,说明该强度需求计算合理。

Abstract:

The strength of the backfill body is the key factor to ensure the stability of goafs,so it is necessary to calculate the strength of the backfill body.2 theoretical calculation methods,the Terzaghi model method and the Lupin calculation method,are used to calculate the backfill body strength in Tiaoshuihe Phosphate Mine.To ensure the safety of the mine,the safety factor is taken as 2.0 and the result is 0.76-1.84 MPa.To ensure its accuracy,Flac3D numerical simulation software is used for strength verification and the result is 1.5 MPa,which is within the range of theoretical calculation.The 2 calculation methods are consistent,showing that the calculation of the strength requirement is reasonable.
