基于LS-SVM的金属矿山千米竖井工程造价控制方法

摘要:

金属矿山千米竖井工程造价控制结构多设定为单层级,控制效率较低,导致最终工程造价价差增加。根据实际控制需求及标准,设定等效造价控制目标,采用多阶控制形式,提升整体的造价控制效率,完成造价控制结构的构建,建立基于LS-SVM的金属矿山千米竖井工程造价控制模型,采用竖井工程动态化监测及LS-SVM修正实现造价控制。测试结果表明:经过5次测定,与传统模糊自适应BP工程造价控制组、传统BIM工程造价控制组相比, LS-SVM工程造价控制组最终得出的可控价差控制在3万元以内,说明该造价控制方法的针对性与稳定性较高,控制效果更佳,具有实际的应用价值。

Abstract:

The cost control structure of metal mine vertical shaft engineering is often set as a single layer,which leads to low control efficiency and an increase in the final cost difference.Based on actual control needs and standards,an equivalent cost control target is set,and a multi-stage control form is adopted to improve the overall cost control efficiency.The cost control structure is completed,and a metal mine thousand-meter-level vertical shaft engineering cost control model based on LS-SVM is established.The cost control is achieved through the dynamic monitoring of the vertical shaft engineering and LS-SVM correction.Test results show that after 5 measurements,compared with the traditional fuzzy adaptive BP engineering cost control group and the traditional BIM engineering cost control group,the LS-SVM engineering cost control group finally controls the controllable cost difference within 30 000 yuan.This indicates that the targeted and stable cost control method has better control effects and practical value.
