基于采动应力的深部采场结构量化设计

Quantitative design of deep stope structure based on mining dynamic stress

摘要:

随着科技的进步,金属矿床地下开采的深度也日益剧增,采深的增加也带来了一系列严重的问题。依托岩石力学工作,对招莱金矿带深部矿体采场结构参数进行设计。以矿山实际为典型,运用理论解析法、经验图表法及理论计算法等方法,对焦家金矿深部矿体的采场跨度、长度进行计算,提出了适用于深部特殊应力状态下的采场结构参数,研究发现在采场宽度6 m,采场高度15 m时,采场长度受两帮稳定性影响,最大长度为30 m,考虑到矿体平均水平厚度为45 m,确定尺寸方案为6 m×15 m×22.5 m,设计矿房垂直于矿体走向布置,确保了深部开采过程中采场的稳定性。在此设计过程中随之形成了一套适用于空场采矿法采场结构参数的设计流程,并结合焦家金矿的生产实践,成功对用分段空场嗣后充填采矿法的结构参数进行了设计。

Abstract:

With the advancements in technology,the depth of underground mining of metal deposits has been increasing,which has resulted in a series of serious problems.Based on the rock mechanics work,the structural para-meters of the deep mine area of the Zhaolai gold belt were designed.Using the theoretical analysis method,empirical chart method,theoretical calculation method,and other methods,the span and length of the deep mine area of the Jiaojia Gold Mine were calculated,and the structural parameters applicable to the special stress state in the deep area were proposed.It was found that when the width of the mine area is 6 m and the height is 15 m,the length of the mine area is affected by the stability of the two sides,and the maximum length is 30 m.Considering that the average horizontal thickness of the ore body is 45 m,the size scheme is determined to be 6 m×15 m×22.5 m,and the mine chamber is designed to be arranged perpendicular to the direction of the ore body to ensure the stability of the mine area during deep mining.In this design process,a set of design procedures applicable to the open room mining method for the structural parameters of the mine area were formed,and taking into account the production practice of the Jiaojia Gold Mine,the structural parameters of the sublevel open room filling mining method were successfully designed.
