Human is the primary factor of productivity.The scientific and rational play of human resources is an important factor for enterprises to obtain the best benefits.Based on the status quo of the contractual temporary workers in the subsidiary company of Hunan Gold Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper has analyzed the existing problems,and has put forward the management strategies for the contractual temporary workers so as to provide references for mining enterprises with managing skills and help the contractual temporary workers play better in economic constructions as well as sustainable development of enterprises.
