基于层次分析法的鑫汇金矿深部采矿方法优选及应用

Optimization and application of deep mining methods for Xinhui Gold Mine based on analytic hierarchy process

摘要:

为保证矿山安全高效开采,结合鑫汇金矿深部矿体开采技术条件,初步拟定了矿柱预加固上向水平分层充填采矿法、上向进路充填采矿法和下向进路充填采矿法3种方案。运用层次分析法,结合模糊综合评判的理论,构造多因素判断矩阵,综合安全、经济、资源和效率等各方面的考虑,为每个备选方案进行了打分。最终优选出矿柱预加固上向水平分层充填采矿法为最佳的采矿方法。经实际应用,提高了采场生产能力,而且大大提高了安全生产保障。该结果符合工程实际,该方法可为类似矿山采矿方法优选提供参考借鉴。

Abstract:

To ensure the safe and efficient mining of the Xinhui Gold Mine,based on the mine-s technical mining conditions for the deep ore bodies,3 initial plans were proposed:mining with pre-reinforced pillar and upward horizontal slicing filling,upward approach filling mining,and downward approach filling mining.The analytic hierarchy process was used,and combined with the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,a multi-factor decision matrix was constructed to comprehensively consider aspects such as safety,economy,resources,and efficiency,and to score each alternative plan.Finally,the mining method of the pre-reinforced pillar and upward horizontal slicing filling was selected as the best.Through practical application,the production capacity of the stope has been improved,and production safety has been greatly enhanced.The result is consistent with engineering reality,and this method can provide a reference for the optimization of mining method selection in similar mines.
