摘要:

随着选矿工艺的进步,选矿生产的尾砂细粒级占比逐渐升高,使得对充填用水力分级设备的要求也越来越高。针对贵州锦丰金矿充填用细粒级尾砂占比过高,水力分级设备老化严重,不能满足矿山充填需求的问题,进行水力分级设备选型优化研究,通过物料平衡计算确定更换水力分级设备的必要性及设备参数,从尾砂粒度、底流产率、骨料浓度、生产试块强度、经济效益5个方面对更换水力分级设备效果进行评价。

Abstract:

With the progress of beneficiation technology,the proportion of fine-grained tailings in beneficiation production is gradually increasing,which makes the requirements for hydraulic classification equipment for filling higher and higher.In view of the high proportion of fine-grained tailings for filling in Jinfeng Gold Mine,Guizhou,and the serious aging of hydraulic classification equipment,this paper studies the optimization of hydraulic classification equipment selection.The necessity and equipment parameters of replacing hydraulic classification equipment are determined through material balance calculation.The effect of replacing hydraulic classification equipment is evaluated from 5 aspects:tailings particle size,underflow yield rate,aggregate concentration,production test block strength and economic benefit.
