Inner Mongolia Pacific Mining Co.,Ltd.uses a heap leaching process for gold extraction.The large area of ore heap leaching and high sodium cyanide consumption result in high production costs.To further reduce costs and increase efficiency,the company has optimized the process and implemented the effective area dripping method.This paper introduces in detail the application conditions of the effective area dripping method in heap leaching process and the control of various indexes.The successful application of the method effectively reduces the dosage of reagents,saving 55.14 million yuan in reagent costs with significant results.
