草酸-草酸钠高效脱除两段焙烧氰化尾渣中赤铁矿的研究

Study on the efficient leaching of hematite from two-stage roasting cyanide tailings with oxalic acid-sodium oxalate

摘要:

针对草酸络合强化硫酸浸出法除铁过程选择性差、酸度大、除铁时间长及铁难以资源化利用等问题,提出草酸-草酸钠络合除铁技术。研究了影响Fe(Ⅲ)形态分布的因素,Fe(Ⅲ)形态分布与赤铁矿浸出效果的关系及草酸-草酸钠浸出赤铁矿的工艺条件。结果表明:Fe3+在浸出液中的形态分布直接影响赤铁矿的浸出效果,而pH和n(C2O42-)T/n(Fe3+)T是影响Fe3+形态分布的主要因素。为了提高赤铁矿脱除效果,n(C2O42-)T/n(Fe3+)T至少要大于3.0,浸出pH宜保持在Fe3+以[Fe(C2O4)3]3-形式存在的最小pH附近。由于95 %以上的铁被脱除,渣中金、银及金属硫化物被富集,浸出液中的铁主要以[Fe(C2O4)3]3-形式存在,可采用蒸发结晶法制备草酸高铁钠。该技术除铁效果好、速度快,生产过程无废水排放,是一种高效处理氰化尾渣的清洁生产技术。

Abstract:

In view of the problems such as the poor selectivity,the high acidity,the time-consuming iron removal and the difficulty in resource utilization of iron by oxalic acid complexation-enhanced sulfuric acid leaching,the oxalic acid-sodium oxalate complex iron removal technology was proposed.The factors affecting the species distribution of Fe (Ⅲ),the relationship between its species distribution and the leaching effect of hematite,and the hematite removal conditions of oxalic acid-sodium oxalate were studied.The results show that the species distribution of Fe3+in the leaching solution directly affect the leaching effect of hematite,and the pH  and n(C2O2-4)T/n (Fe3+)T are the main factors affecting its species distribution.In order to improve the hematite removal effect,n(C2O2-4)T/n(Fe3+)T should be at least greater than 3.0,and the leaching pH  should be kept near the minimum pH of Fe3+ in the form of \[Fe(C2O4)3\]3-.As more than 95 % of iron is leached,gold,silver and metal sulfides are enriched in the leaching residue,and the iron in the leaching solution exists in the form of \[Fe(C2O4)3\]3-,sodium ferric oxalate can be prepared by evaporative and crystallization.This technology has the good iron removal effect,the high speed,and no wastewater discharge in the production process,it is a kind of efficient and clean production technology for treating cyanide tailings.
