河南某氧化型含银矿石工艺矿物学研究

Process mineralogy of an oxidized silver-bearing ore in Henan

摘要:

对河南某氧化型含银矿石进行工艺矿物学研究,结果表明:矿石中银品位为211.00 g/t,铅品位为0.34 %,硫品位为0.18 %;银矿物以含银黝铜矿、银黝铜矿和自然银为主,其次为辉银矿,粒度以0.010~0.074 mm为主,主要嵌布在脉石矿物裂隙及粒间;铅矿物主要为方铅矿及氧化铅矿,铅氧化率为38.24 %,氧化程度较高,粒度以0.010~0.053 mm为主。该矿石属于贫硫化物难处理氧化型含铅银矿石。

Abstract:

A study was conducted on the process mineralogy of an oxidized silver-bearing ore in Henan Province.The results showed that the ore had a silver grade of 211.00 g/t,a lead grade of 0.34 %,and a sulfur grade of 0.18 %;the silver minerals were mainly silver-bearing tetrahedrite,freibergite,and native silver,followed by argentite,with a particle size mainly distributed in the range of 0.010-0.074 mm and mainly embedded in fissures and inter-granular spaces of vein minerals;the lead minerals were mainly galena and lead oxide,with a lead oxidation rate of 38.24 % and a higher degree of oxidation,and the particle size was mainly distributed in the range of 0.010-0.053 mm.This ore belongs to a refractory oxidized lead-bearing silver ore with low sulfide content.
