摘要:
为探索苏丹某金矿床矿石的浸出特性,对其进行工艺矿物学研究,并使用环保浸金剂JC对4个不同深度矿样进行了搅拌浸出?滚瓶浸出及柱浸试验?搅拌浸出试验中,在矿石粒级P80=75 μm?P80=150 μm条件下,不同深度矿石的浸出率均分别在90 %和85 %以上;滚瓶浸出试验中,在矿石粒级P80=4.5 mm条件下,表层矿石的浸出率在70 %以上,深层矿石的浸出率不足50 %;柱浸试验中,在矿石粒级P80=6 mm?P80=10 mm条件下,表层矿石的浸出率分别在55 %和65 %以上,深层矿石的浸出率分别不足40 %和30 %?试验结果表明:该矿床表层矿石具有一定的堆浸可行性,而深层矿石适合搅拌浸出工艺?

Abstract:
In order to explore the leaching characteristics of ore from a gold deposit in Sudan,process mineralogy studies were conducted,and 4 ore samples from different depth were subjected to agitation leaching,roll bottle leaching,and column leaching tests using environmentally friendly leaching agents.In the agitation leaching tests,the leaching rates of ores from different depth were above 90 % and 85 % respectively under ore particle sizes of
