Filling roof connection techniques in approach filling mining method and their application

摘要:

充填接顶是进路式充填采矿法重要的工艺环节,也是充填工艺的技术难点。以锦丰金矿为工程背景,结合室内试验、理论分析与现场工业试验,分别提出进路顶板下坡施工、顶板施工充填管槽结构与多点下料分次充填的技术方案,并详细介绍了这些技术方案及应用情况。现场充填接顶效果检测结果表明:采用进路顶板充填管槽+多点下料分次充填的充填接顶技术,可以更好地实现进路采场的充填接顶,有效提高进路式充填采场接顶率,保障采场区域整体安全稳定性,可为同类型矿山参考借鉴。

Abstract:

The roof connection is an important process link in approach filling mining method and also a technical challenge.In the case study of Jinfeng Gold Mine,based on indoor test,theoretical analysis and on-site industrial test,the paper proposed the technical plans of the approach roof down-the-slope construction,roof construction filling pipe groove structure and multipoint feeding and separate filling,and in detail introduced these plans and their application status.The detection results of on-site filling roof connection performance show that the approach roof filling pipe groove+multi-point feeding and separate filling roof connection technology can better realize the roof connection in approach stopes,effectively improving the roof connection rate in approach stopes and guaranteeing the overall safety and stability of the stope area.The study can be used as reference in similar mines.
