摘要:

球磨机在选矿过程中对技术经济指标的优劣及选矿成本的高低均起到关键性作用。针对蚕庄金矿选矿厂球磨机电动机采用频敏变阻器及液体电阻启动柜等传统启动方式存在的启动电流大、电动机备件损耗大、电网冲击大等缺点,提出了采用变频器控制球磨机的启停和运行转速,并实施技术改造。现场工业应用表明:采用变频器调速控制实现了球磨机平滑软启、软停,而且节能效果显著,安全性能更佳,磨矿产品质量提升明显。每年减少维护费用20多万元,节约电费100多万元。

Abstract:

Ball mills play a vital part in affecting the economic and technical index and ore dressing cost in the process of beneficiation.The motors of the ball mills in the concentrator of Canzhuang Gold Mine start using frequency sensitive rheostat and liquid resistance starter,but the starting current is strong,the electrical spare wearing is severe and the grid impact is intense.In view of those problems,the frequency converter is used to control the starting and shutting and rotation speed of the ball mills and technical renovation is carried out.Onsite industrial application shows that speed adjusting control by the frequency converter has achieved smooth softer starting and shutting of ball mills and the cost is greatly reduced,energy saving is evident,safety is imporved,grinding quality is greatly improved,more than 200 000 yuan maintenance fee and more than 1 million yuan power charge are saved annually.
