Abstract:

Due to the improvement of treatment capacity in the process of Cu-Mo mixed flotation in Wushan Copper-Molybdenum Mine, reduction of copper and molybdenum recovery caused by backwater recycling and other problems, declining concentrate grade in the copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate and excessive silicon dioxide impurities, mixed copper and molybdenum flotation process is renovated and reagent regime is optimized based on lab tests and flowsheet investigation.By cancelling rapid flotation, modifying cleaning range of mixed flotation, increasing the dosage of collector PJ-053,the recovery rate of copper ore increased from 87.20 % to 88.45 %,the recovery rate of molybdenum increased from 74.54 % to 79.20 %.The optimized process is smoother and more stable than before, the mineral processing index is improved obviously, and the economic benefit is remarkable with added profits being 29 052 600 yuan.
