艾砂磨机在多宝山铜矿选矿厂的应用

Application of Isa mill in the concentrator of Duobaoshan Copper Mine

摘要:

针对多宝山铜矿选矿厂铜钼混合粗精矿铜品位低,硅、铝质量分数高的问题,分析其原因在于铜、钼矿物嵌布粒度微细,单体解离度低,且与脉石矿物嵌连紧密。鉴于艾砂磨机在超细磨领域表现出的显著优势,创新性地将艾砂磨机应用于铜钼混合粗精矿再磨流程中。结果表明:艾砂磨机再磨后产品粒度可达-28 μm占80 %,磨矿功耗为23~24 kW·h/t,磨矿效率较高;再磨后4次精选获得的铜钼混合精矿铜品位25.870 %、钼品位0.770 %,在保证选矿回收率的情况下,有效提升了铜钼混合精矿质量,降低了硅、铝质量分数,增加了产品经济附加值,为后续铜钼分离创造了有利条件。

Abstract:

In view of the low grade of mixed copper-molybdenum concentrates produced by the concentrator of Duobaoshan Copper Mine and the high mass fraction of silicon and aluminum,the main reason for the low grade of copper concentrate is analyzed and it is considered that the copper and molybdenum minerals are embedded in fine grains and have poor monomer disintegration degree,and closely related to gangue minerals.In view of the significant advantages of the Isa mill in the field of ultra-fine grinding,the mill is creatively applied to the copper coarse concentrate regrinding process.The results show that the product has the grain size of 80 %-28 μm.The grinding power consumption is 23-24 kW·h/t,and the grinding efficiency is high.4 times of cleaning after regrinding obtains mixed copper-molybdenum concentrate where copper grade is 25.870 % and molybdenum grade is 0.770 %.The recovery rate of ore dressing assured,it effectively improves the quality of mixed copper-molybdenum concentrate,reduces the mass fraction of silicon and aluminum,increases the economic value added of the product,and also creates the favorable conditions for subsequent copper-molybdenum separation.
