摘要:

研究建立了氰渣中硫氰酸盐的测定方法,通过条件实验确定采用0.8 %氢氧化钠为浸提剂,浸提方式为超声提取5 min,电热板180 ℃加热1 h,采用铁盐比色法测定硫氰酸盐。该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.12 %~0.93 %,加标回收率为95.46 %~100.50 %,已在黄金行业氰渣中硫氰酸盐的测定得到广泛应用。

Abstract:

A method for determining thiocyanate in cyanide residue has been developed.Through experiment on test conditions,it was determined that a 0.8 % sodium hydroxide solution should be used as the leaching agent,with the leaching process involving ultrasonic extraction for 5 min followed by heating on a hot plate at 180 ℃ for 1 h.Thiocyanate was then measured using the ferric salt colorimetric method.The relative standard deviation of this method ranged from 0.12 % to 0.93 %,with spiked sample recovery rates between 95.46 % and 100.50 %.This method has been widely applied for the determination of thiocyanate in cyanide residue within the gold industry.
