摘要:
常规离心式渣浆泵，尤其是橡胶泵很难满足小流量、高扬程需求,橡胶耐磨双级泵具有合金泵的高扬程性能、不锈钢泵的耐腐蚀性能、橡胶泵的耐磨性能。介绍了橡胶耐磨双级泵的工作原理、结构性能及应用特点，以及在某黄金矿山尾矿输送和尾矿压滤中的应用。橡胶耐磨双级泵应用于尾矿输送的基建投资小、操作简单、运行成本低；应用于尾矿压滤实现了进料泵的大流量低扬程、小流量高扬程性能，滤饼水分18 %～20 %，经济效益显著。

Abstract:
Conventional centrifugal residual slurry pump,especially rubber pump,can hardly meet the requirement of small flow and high head.The wear-resistant rubber double-stage pump is characterized by high head equivalent to alloy pumps,good corrosion-resistant performance equivalent to stainless steel pumps and wear-resistant performance equivalent to rubber pumps.The paper introduced the working mechanism,structural performance and application characteristics of the wear-resistant rubber double-stage pump and its application to the tailings transmission and press filtering in a gold mine.It requires less infrastructure investment,is simple to operate and costs less to apply the wear-resistant rubber double-stage pump to tailings transmission.The application to tailings press filtering has achieved the performance of large flow while low head and small flow while large head for the feeding pump,with the filtered cake containing 18 %-20 % water,creating significant economic profits.
