摘要:

研究建立了含硫化物、硫氰酸盐水质中总氰化合物的测定方法,选择EDTA-二钠和磷酸作为预蒸馏试剂,硝酸银作为掩蔽剂,结合二次蒸馏去除干扰,馏出液采用氢氧化钠溶液进行吸收;对于吸收液中总氰化合物含量较高的样品采用硝酸银滴定法测定,含量较低的样品采用异烟酸-吡唑啉酮分光光度法测定。该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.19 %~5.21 %,加入标准物质回收率为92.7 %~99.9 %,准确度和精密度良好,且具有操作简单、快速、成本低等优点,适合大批量样品的测定。

Abstract:

The study established the methods for total cyanide determination in water containing sulfide and thiocyanate.EDTA-disodium and phosphoric acid are used as predistillation reagent.Silver nitrate is used as masking agent.With the help of twice distillation,interference was eliminated.The distilled solution was absorbed with NaOH solution.For the samples with high total cyanide content in the absorbed solution,silver nitrite titration is used for determination.While for the low content samples,isonicotinic acid-pyrazolone spectrophotometry is used.The RSD of the determination results is 0.19 %-5.21 %.The recovery rate of reference material is 92.7 %-99.9 %.The precision and accuracy are good.The method is easy to operate,rapid and low-cost,fit for batch test of samples.
