摘要:

针对哈图金矿采用普通上向水平分层充填采矿法多中段开采存在的生产效率低,生产管理难度大及安全风险高等问题,结合矿体开采技术条件,进行了采矿方法优化选择,最终选择了机械化上向水平分层充填采矿法,并进行了现场工业应用。详细介绍了该采矿方法的采场结构参数、采准切割工程、回采工?展碳安沙〕涮盍鞒痰取I导砻鳎翰捎没祷舷蛩椒植愠涮畈煽蠓ɑ夭桑岣吡松剩糖酆仙芰Υ?00 t/d,采矿损失率6 %,矿石贫化率5 %,安全管理水平得到很大提高,实现了矿体无间柱连续开采,可供同类型矿山参考借鉴。

Abstract:

The production efficiency is poor,the production management is difficult and the safety risks are high in the process of ordinary upward horizontal slicing and filling mining applied in Hatu Gold Mine.Based on ore body mining technical conditions,optimized selection of mining methods is carried out.Finally,mechanized upward horizontal slicing and filling mining method is selected and its on-site industrial application is carried out.The study in detail introduced the stope structure parameters,cutting preparation,stoping process and stope filling flowsheet of the mining method.The production practice shows that the mechanized upward horizontal slicing and filling mining method improves production efficiency.The comprehensive production capacity of the panel reaches 300 t/d,mining loss rate is 6 %,and ore dilution rate is 5 %.Safety management level improves greatly,achieving non-pillar continuous mining of ore bodies.The study can be used as reference by similar mines.
