铜绿山尾矿库已实施闭库工作,为保证其闭库后的长期安全与稳定,结合铜绿山铜铁矿尾矿库现状,开展了基于GNSS的铜绿山尾矿库在线监测系统设计与应用。介绍了铜绿山尾矿库在线监测系统的总体架构,确定了GNSS监测站的结构、监测点的布设、设备的选型与安装,以及基于 SOA架构的尾矿库在线监测信息管理系统。分析了铜绿山尾矿库形变及产生原因,提出了铜绿山尾矿库需要重点监测的风险点位。该系统的应用有效提高了铜绿山尾矿库的管理水平,减少了闭库后长期监测与维护的工作量,为同类矿山提供了借鉴和参考范例。

Abstract:

The tailings pond at the Tonglushan Copper-Iron Mine has already been decommissioned. To ensure itslong‑term safety and stability after closure, an online monitoring system based on GNSS technology was developed,tailored to the current conditions of the facility. This paper presents the overall architecture of the monitoring system,including the design of GNSS monitoring stations, layout of monitoring points, equipment selection and installation, andthe development of an online monitoring information management system based on SOA. The system enables deformationanalysis of the tailings pond and investigates the causes of deformation. Key risk points requiring focused monitoringare identified. Application of the system has significantly improved the management level of the Tonglushan tailingspond, reduced the long‑term post‑closure monitoring and maintenance workload, and provided a valuable reference forsimilar mines.
