Experimental study on optimization of drilling and blasting parameters for deep hard rock mine roadway excavation

摘要:

金属矿山井下开采多采用钻爆法,爆破参数是保证爆破效果的重要因素。嵩县山金井下爆破存在封孔不规范、爆破参数不合理、循环进尺低、爆破成本高等问题。这些问题不仅降低了掘进效率,还增加了施工成本,对整个采矿作业的经济性产生了不利影响。在嵩县山金井下爆破作业中,引入了马丽散塑封炮泥,进行了系统的优化爆破试验。通过改进炮泥的使用方式,并针对性地优化爆破参数,取得了显著的成果:单循环进尺增加了 0.3 m,炮孔利用率提高了 1.63百分点,电子雷管单耗降低了0.25个/m³,炸药单耗减少了0.72 kg/m³,爆破耗材成本降低了8.23元/m³。而且还减少了所需的炮孔数量,从而进一步提高了凿岩效率和爆破效果。这一系列优化措施不仅提升了整体爆破效果,还显著降低了成本,实现了采掘工程的高质量作业,具有重要的工程实践价值。

Abstract:

Drill⁃and⁃blast is the predominant method used in underground mining of metal mines, and blastingparameters are crucial to ensuring blasting performance. At the Songxian Shanjin underground mine, issues such asimproper stemming, unreasonable blasting parameters, short advance per round, and high blasting costs have been iden⁃tified. These problems reduce excavation efficiency and increase construction costs, adversely affecting the economicperformance of mining operations. In response, this study introduced plastic stemmed emulsion(Marisan)in the blastingoperations and conducted a series of systematic optimization tests. By improving stemming practices and refining blastingparameters in a targeted manner, the study achieved notable improvements: the advance per round increased by 0.3 m,blasthole utilization rate rose by 1.63 percentage points, unit electronic detonator consumption dropped by 0.25 percubicmeter, unit explosive consumption decreased by 0.72 kg/m³, and blastingmaterial costs were reduced by 8.23 yuan/m³.Additionally, thenumber of requiredblast holeswas reduced, further improvingdrilling efficiency andblasting effectiveness.These optimization measures not only enhanced the overall blasting performance but also significantly reduced costs,enabling high⁃quality excavation with significant practical engineering value.
