硅孔雀石属于较难硫化浮选回收的氧化铜矿物。为提高硅孔雀石的硫化浮选回收效果,通过浮选试验,考察了组合捕收剂异戊基黄药与十二烷基磺酸钠对硅孔雀石硫化浮选行为的影响,并通过接触角、Zeta电位和红外光谱分析等手段对异戊基黄药、十二烷基磺酸钠及组合捕收剂与硅孔雀石矿物表面的作用机理进行了分析。结果表明:异戊基黄药与十二烷基磺酸钠组合捕收剂对硅孔雀石硫化浮选的作用效果优于 2种捕收剂单一作用,与常规使用的异戊基黄药相比,可将硅孔雀石的浮选回收率提高 31.91百分点;组合捕收剂的加入使硅孔雀石矿物表面接触角显著增大,疏水性和负电性显著提高,有利于药剂在硅孔雀石矿物表面产生更好的协同吸附,提高浮选回收效果。该研究成果可为硅孔雀石的有效回收提供一定借鉴。
Chrysocolla is a refractory oxidized copper mineral for sulfidization flotation recovery. To improve theflotation recovery of chrysocolla after sulfidization, flotation tests were carried out to investigate the effects of thecombined collectors isopentyl xanthate and sodium dodecyl sulfate on the sulfidization flotation behavior of chrysocolla.The interaction mechanisms of isopentyl xanthate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, and their combination with the chrysocollasurface were analyzed by means of contact angle measurement, zeta potential determination, and infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the combined collectors have a better effect on the sulfidization flotation of chrysocolla than eithercollector used alone. Compared with the conventional use of isopentyl xanthate, the combined collectors increased theflotation recovery of chrysocolla by 31.39 percentage points. The addition of the combined collectors significantlyincreased the contact angle of the chrysocolla surface, markedly enhanced its hydrophobicity, and increased its negativesurface charge, which is conducive to better synergistic adsorption of the reagents on the chrysocolla surface, therebyimproving flotation recovery. These findings can provide useful references for the effective recovery of chrysocolla.
