Application of fan-shaped upward resuing filling method in Daliuhang Gold Mine

摘要:

缓倾斜极薄矿体由于矿体厚度及倾角的制约,安全高效开采较困难。针对大柳行金矿采用浅孔留矿采矿法开采缓倾斜—倾斜极薄矿体存在的资源回收困难,采矿效率差,技术经济指标不理想等问题,开展了扇形上向削壁充填采矿法试验研究,并在燕山矿区1153采场进行了工业试验。工程应用表明:采用该采矿方法开采效果较好,技术经济指标得到显著提升,采矿损失率下降到2.67 %,矿石贫化率下降到30 %,为同类型矿山开采提供借鉴思路。

Abstract:

Limited by the thickness and dip angle of the ore body,the gently inclined extremely thin ore body is difficult to mine safely and efficiently.Such is the case in Daliuhang Gold Mine which uses short-hole shrinkage mining method to extract the gently inclined-inclined extremely thin ore body but achieves poor resource recovery rate,poor mining efficiency and unsatisfactory economic and technical index.In light of that,experimental study on the fan-shaped upward resuing filling mining method is carried out as well as the industrial test in No.1153 stope in Yanshan Mining District.Engineering practice shows that the mining effect of the mining method is good,technical and economic indicators have been significantly improved,the mining loss rate decreases to 2.67 % and the ore dilution rate drops to 30 %.The study provides reference for the exploitation in similar mines.
