Optimized selection and application of the mining method for moderately inclined medium-thick ore bodies in Dabaiyang Gold Mine

摘要:

针对大白阳金矿缓倾斜中厚矿体,为实现矿山安全高效回采,进行了采矿方法优选,最终选择了沿倾斜预控顶下向平行中深孔卸压回采采矿法进行试验研究。在回采过程中采用控制爆破技术,达到控制切顶爆破矿石的抛掷方向,防止对已维护好的采场顶板产生破坏,以及减少由于中深孔爆破而对采场矿柱留存和稳定性的影响。针对采场“细高”矿柱稳定性差的问题,提出了“连体矿柱”的结构形式,并采用加固、补强技术对矿柱进行支护,进一步增强了矿柱自身的稳定性。现场工业试验表明:采用该采矿方法开采缓倾斜中厚矿体,能够达到安全、高效、经济的目的,最终采场综合生产能力达150 t/d,采矿损失率17.50 %,矿石贫化率13.51 %。

Abstract:

For the moderately inclined medium-thick ore bodies in Dabaiyang Gold Mine,the mining method selection was optimized to achieve safe and efficient operation.Finally,experimental study on along-inclination roof pre-control downwards parallel medium-long hole pressure relief stoping mining method was carried out.In the stoping process,control blasting technique was used in order to control the throwing direction of roof-cutting blasting ores,prevent the fixed roof from damage and mitigate the effect of medium-long hole blasting on the remaining ore pillars and their stability.As for the instability of thin and tall ore pillars in stopes,the conjoined ore pillar structure was proposed.Besides,the ore pillars were supported by strengthening and reinforcement,further enhancing the stability of the ore pillars itself.Field industrial test shows that the mining method for moderately inclined medium-thick ore bodies is safe,efficient and economic.With it,the overall production capacity of the stope can reach 150 t/d,mining loss rate is 17.50 % and ore dilution rate is 13.51 %.
