摘要:

针对某黄金生产企业氰渣特点,开展了固液分离洗涤法、过氧化氢氧化法和臭氧氧化法等多种无害化处理试验研究,旨在使氰渣满足HJ 943—2018 《黄金行业氰渣污染控制技术规范》回填利用要求;同时对处理后的氰渣开展了探索性充填试验研究,考察了其组成和充填强度等相关参数,为未来进一步工业设计提供依据。研究表明:固液分离洗涤+臭氧氧化法处理后的氰渣达到了预期目标;无害化处理后的氰渣是一种较为合格的井下充填材料,但试验条件下氰渣充填体的单轴抗压强度较小,未来需寻找更为理想的胶凝材料,并对充填体强度进行合理设计,以满足矿山生产要求。

Abstract:

In view of the characteristics of cyanide residue in a gold enterprise,a variety of detoxification treatment experiments such as solid-liquid separation washing method,hydrogen peroxide oxidation method and ozone oxidation method were carried out,aiming to meet the requirements of backfill HJ 943—2018 Technical Specification for Pollution Control of Cyanide Leaching Residue in Gold Industry.At the same time,an exploratory backfill test was carried out on the treated cyanide residue,and related parameters such as properties and filling strength were investigated to provide basis for further industrial design in the future.The experimental research shows that the solid-liquid separation washing method+ozone oxidation method can achieve the expected target of the cyanide residue treatment.After detoxification,the cyanide residue is a relatively qualified underground backfill material.However,the cyanide residue filling since body under experimental conditions has relatively poor uniaxial compressive strength,more ideal binding materials are yet to be found in the future and reasonable design of the filling body needs to be made to meet the mine production demand.
