Supporting the project construction and production of Wushan Copper-Molybdenum Mine with technological innovation

摘要:

乌山铜钼矿是中国在高纬度地区开发建设的第一个大型有色金属项目,是中国黄金集团有限公司一次性投资最多、规模最大、技术装备水平最高的非金项目,被誉为“中国铜工业的新坐标”。在一期工程建设中,选矿厂采用SABC碎磨工艺、HMR半自磨区间加球法等多项国内乃至国际的先进技术,打破了国内矿山传统的工艺流程,实现了与国际矿业先进技术的完美对接。一期工程选矿厂从带料试车开始,仅用2个月的时间就达到了3万t/d的设计处理能力,以科技创新支撑乌山铜钼矿的建设及快速达产。

Abstract:

Wushan Copper-Molybdenum Mine is the first large-scale non-ferrous project developed and constructed in China at high latitudes.It is the non-gold project of China Gold Group with the largest one-time investment,the largest scale and the highest level of technology and equipment.It is known as "New coordinates of China’s copper industry".In the first phase of the project,the mill adopted a number of domestic and international advanced technologies such as SABC crushing and grinding process and HMR semi-auto grinding section ball-adding method,breaking free from the traditional process of domestic mines and achieving a perfect connection with international mining advanced technology.The first phase mill started from the trial of the material and reached the design processing capacity of 30 000 t/d in only 2 months.The technological innovation played a key role in achieving capacity and standards in this project.
