人才是第一资源，企业要想在日趋激烈的市场竞争中赢得发展主动权，人才是关键。针对地勘企业青年人才队伍现状，结合行业特点及中国黄金集团资源有限公司实践，提出了培养建议，为地勘企业青年人才培养选拔提供参考。

Abstract:
Talents are fundamental and key for enterprises to gain advantages in the increasingly fierce market competition.Based on the problem in the way of cultivating outstanding young talents in prospecting companies,and the characteristics of the industry as well as the practice of China Gold Group Resources Co.,Ltd.,specific suggestions were put forward in order to provide a reference for outstanding young talents cultivation in prospecting companies.
