A comprehensive treatment of acid wastewater from a gold concentrate roasting and smelting enterprise is implemented with extraction electrodeposition method to recover copper.However,a large amount of zinc is not recovered in the process which is a waste of resources.In the experiment,the iron in wastewater was pre-emoved by sodium hydroxide neutralization precipitation method,and the zinc was recovered with vulcanization precipitation.The results show that the removal rate of iron is 99.41 % when the dosage of H2O2 is 4.0 mL/L,pH is 3.6 in the iron pre-emoval phase;The recovery rate of zinc is near 100.00 % when the dosage of Na2S·9H2O is 14.0 g/L,pH is 3.6;the comprehensive recovery rate of zinc is 99.64 %.The research can be referred to for industrial application of zinc recovery from acid wastewater in gold concentrate roasting and smelting enterprises.
