摘要:
针对新疆某堆浸矿山金矿石中金以微细粒金为主，且部分包裹于脉石矿物和金属矿物中，造成金浸出率较低的问题，进行了添加助浸剂滚瓶浸出和柱浸试验研究。半工业试验结果表明：堆浸指标较好，在2号助浸剂添加量约为500 g/t时，金浸出率为71.05 %，比常规堆浸金浸出率提高3.60百分点，氰化钠消耗量降低22.70 %，新增效益8.19元/t。

Abstract:
The gold in the gold ores from a heap leaching mine in Xinjiang is mainly micro-fine grain gold and encased in gangue mineral and metal mineral,leading to lower gold leaching rate.To solve the problem,experimental research of rolling bottle leaching and column leaching is carried out by adding leaching auxiliaries.Semi-industrial test shows that the heap leaching index is good:when the addition of No.2 leaching auxiliary is added at 500 g/t,the gold leaching rate is 71.05 %,3.60 percentage points higher than that of conventional heap leaching,and the sodium cyanide consumption is reduced by 22.70 %,creating 8.19 yuan/t more profits.
