摘要:

在湿法炼锌工艺中,锌浸出液的净化是整个工艺的关键过程。介绍了锌浸出液中杂质钴、氟、氯的净化方法,包括除钴的传统净化方法、新型净化方法,以及氟、氯同时脱除、单独除氟、单独除氯等方法,分析了其优缺点及应用前景,为冶炼企业锌浸出液净化方法的选择提供参考。

Abstract:

In the process of zinc hydrometallurgy,the purification of leaching solutions is the key process.The purification methods for the main impurities of cobalt,fluorine and chlorine in the zinc leaching solution are summarized in this paper.The traditional processes of cobalt removal,the new methods of purification,and the methods for simultaneous fluorine and chlorine removal,inpidual fluorine removal,and inpidual chlorine removal are included.The advantages and disadvantages as well as the prospect of the methods are analyzed.The research can provide basis for the selection of zinc leaching solution purification methods for smelting enterprises.
