Abstract:

The metal grade in certain cyanide leaching tailings is low.The copper, lead and zinc sulfides are to some extent oxidized, especially the lead mineral, which at the same time is with overgrinding. The secondary copper mineral content is relatively high.Aimed at solving these difficulties affecting polymetallic separation, exploratory and comprehensive experimental research is carried out,and has achieved polymetallic separation and good test index. The results whole flowsheet closed-circuit test of the bulk flotation of cyanide tailings-separation of copper, lead, zince and sulfur in mixed concentrates show that copper, lead, zinc and sulfur recovery is 73.86 %,45.61 %,75.04 % and 84.12 % respectively; accumulated silver recovery from copper, lead and zinc concentrates is 70.80 %; in the sulfide concentrates, gold grade is 5.40 g/t and gold recovery rate is 75.09 %; the products all meet the quality product requirement. The research solves the technical difficulties for enterprises and creates economic and environmental benefits.
