摘要:
追求设备效益最大化是大多数企业设备管理的主要目标，而设备点检是实现设备效益最大化的重要手段。分析了现代化设备运行管理面临的问题及传统设备点检存在的诸多不足，以云南某有色金属矿山企业为例，介绍了一种利用信息化技术手段的设备点检管理系统。该系统可有效提升设备管理效率，减少设备事后维修频次，降低生产运行成本。

Abstract:
The maximization of equipment benefits is the primary goal of equipment management in most enter-prises and the equipment point inspection is the main means to realize it.The paper analyzes the problems facing modernized equipment operation management and the many shortcomings of conventional equipment,based on the case study of a nonferrous metal mine in Yunnan,introduces an equipment point inspection management system based on informatization.The system can effectively improve equipment management efficiency,lower maintenance frequency and reduce operation cost.
