税收筹划有助于企业减轻税收负担，实现企业利润最大化。介绍了税收筹划的内涵与作用，以三和金业公司税收筹划为例，深入分析了矿业企业财务管理中税收筹划存在的问题，并提出了相应的改善措施，为企业提高财务管理质量和水平提供参考。

Abstract:
Taxation planning is beneficial to tax burden mitigation and profits maximization for enterprises.The paper introduces the connotation and role of taxation planning.Based on the case study of the taxation planning of Sanhe Gold Industry Company,the paper analyzes in detail the problems in taxation planning to financial management of mining enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures,providing basis for the improvement of financial management quality and level for enterprises.
