Experimental study on tailings settlement and cementation filling in the Tuokuzibayi Gold Mine

摘要:

充填体的质量对矿山充填质量影响重大,而沉降和抗压强度是充填体的2大物理力学指标。为提高托库孜巴依金矿充填能力并满足生产安全需求,通过试验研究尾矿沉降方式和胶结充填的各种料浆浓度、不同灰砂比,以获得最佳的沉降速度和胶结充填时满足安全生产的合适值。结果表明:自然沉降很难使澄清层达到完全澄清状态,外加剂聚铝比聚铁有更好的助沉效果,当聚铝用量达到1 000 g/t时,压缩区料浆浓度为62.89 %,可完全澄清;对3 d抗压强度要求高的一步矿房充填料浆,灰砂比应在1∶4或1∶5;对3 d抗?骨慷纫蟛桓呤保疑氨瓤煞趴碇1∶8;二步矿房在满足28 d抗压强度≥0.5 MPa的要求下,应控制尾砂料浆浓度为68 %~72 %,灰砂比为1∶12,充填料浆浓度为70 %~72 %。

Abstract:

The quality of backfill has great influence on the quality of mine filling,and settlement and compressive strength are the two physical and mechanical properties of backfill.In order to improve the filling capacity of the mine and meet the safety requirements of production in the Tuokuzibayi Gold Mine,the settlement mode of tailings,the various pulp concentrations and different ash-sand ratios of cementation filling are studied through experiments,so as to obtain the best settlement speed and meet the appropriate value for safety production during cementation filling.The results show that the natural settlement is difficult to make the clarified layer completely clarified,and the admixture of poly aluminum is better than the poly iron in aiding settlement.When the amount of aluminum is up to 1 000 g/t,the pulp concentration of the compression zone is 62.89 %,which can be completely clarified.For the onestep ore room filling slurry with high 3 d compressive strength,the ash-sand ratio should be 1∶4 or 1∶5.When the 3 d compressive strength is not high enough,the as-sand ratio can be down to 1∶8.In order to meet the 28 d compressive strength≥0.5 MPa,the two-step ore room should control the concentration of tailings pulp at 68 % to 72 %,the ashsand ratio is 1∶12,and the concentration of filling slurry is 70 % to 72 %.
