Automatic agent-adding system based on Siemens S7-300PLC and its application

摘要:

大多数充填站为加速尾砂沉淀而采用人工方式添加絮凝剂,为避免絮凝剂的浪费,在现有充填加药设备基础上,基于西门子S7-300PLC对整个系统进行改造,解决尾砂沉淀过程中合理自动加药问题。详细介绍了自动加药系统的加药配比、搅拌混合、输送沉淀和人机交互。该自动加药系统在会宝岭铁矿的工程应用取得了较好的效果,减少了工作量,在同比充填量下,絮凝剂使用量减少3 %,节约生产成本约14.6万元/a,可供同类型矿山企业参考借鉴。

Abstract:

Most filling stations add flocculant manually to accelerate settlement of tailings.In order to avoid waste of flocculant,the paper renovates the whole system based on Siemens S7-300PLC and existing agent-adding equipment of filling system,offers a solution that properly automatically feeds agets in the tailings settlement proess.The paper in detail introduces the agent addition ratio,agitation mixing,carrying and settlement and man-machine interaction of the automatic agent-adding system.The system has achieved satisfactory results in industrial application in Huibaoling Iron Mine,reducing work load and lower flocculant consumption by 3 %,saving cost by 146 000 yuan/a at the same filling amount.The research can be used as reference by similar mines.
