摘要:
为提高四川高寒地区某金矿含砷难处理金矿石的金回收率，进行了浮选试验研究，考察了活化剂和捕收剂对金浮选指标的影响。结果表明：在最佳药剂制度下，采用恒邦助剂公司研发的新型活化剂HB-803和组合捕收剂HB-33、HB-A3，闭路试验可获得产率3.75 %，金品位60.10 g/t、金回收率91.05 %的金精矿，金回收率比选矿厂现场83.28 %提高近8百分点，经济效益显著。

Abstract:
In order to increase the gold recovery rate of the refractory gold ores containing arsenic in high-altitude and cold areas in Sichuan Province,experimental study on flotation is carried out,investigating the effect of activator and collector on gold flotation index.The results show that under the optimal reagent regime,with the new type activator HB-803 and combined collector HB-33 and HB-A3 developed by Humon chemical auxiliary company,the closed circuit test can obtain the gold concentrate with production rate 3.75 %,gold grade 60.10 g/t and gold recovery rate 91.05 %.The gold recovery rate is 8 percentage points higher than that in ore-dressing plant which is 83.28 %,making significant profits.
