Study on beneficiation process of lead-zinc sulfide ore from Lancang

摘要:

针对云南澜沧县某铅锌硫化矿石特点,进行了抑锌浮铅优先浮选工艺研究。结果表明:在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占80 %及最佳药剂制度条件下,采用一次快速浮选及先浮铅再浮锌工艺流程,可获得Pb品位66.49 %、Zn品位1.56 %、铅回收率89.04 %的铅精矿,以及Zn品位46.45 %、Pb品位3.45 %、锌回收率92.20 %的锌精矿,铅、锌得到较好回收。

Abstract:

Based on the properties of the lead-zinc sulfide ore from Lancang,the preferential flotation for lead while suppressing zinc is studied.The results show that when the grinding fineness is 80 %-0.074 mm and the reagent regime is optimum,the process of once fast flotation and preferential flotation for lead while suppressing zinc can obtain the lead concentrate with Pb grade 66.49 %,Zn grade 1.56 % and lead recovery rate 89.04 %,and the zinc concentrate with Zn grade 46.45 %,Pb grade 3.45 % and zinc recovery rate 92.20 %.The lead and zinc are both recovered in a good way.
