以国有资产证券化、房地产证券化为背景，对国有矿业企业房产交易模式现状进行了分析，结合国有矿业企业实际情况，提出创新房产开发证券化交易模式，实现国有资产财务价值最大化，保障国有资产保值增值。

Abstract:
In the background of the securitization of state-owned assets and real estate development,the paper analyzes the current status of real estate transaction mode of state-owned mining enterprises,and based on actual situations of state-owned mining enterprises,proposes the innovative securitized transaction mode of real estate development,achieving maximum financial value of state-owned assets and preserving and increasing the value of state-owned assets.
