上向水平进路充填采矿法在嵩县金矿的应用

摘要:

嵩县金矿主矿体赋存在构造蚀变带内,针对其采用浅孔留矿采矿法存在的采场安全性差、采矿损失贫化大等问题,基于采场作业安全、矿岩地压稳定、降低采矿损失贫化、保证采场生产能力等方面考虑,提出了采用上向水平进路充填采矿法开采,详述了该采矿方法的采准切割工程和回采工艺。现场工业应用表明:上向水平进路充填采矿法采矿损失贫化低,采矿损失率仅为8 %,矿石贫化率为12 %,作业安全性较之前采用的采矿方法有明显提高,且采场综合生产能力达到130 t/d,技术经济指标能够达到生产要求,使矿山总收益提高,是安全可行、经济有效的采矿方法。

Abstract:

The main orebody of Songxian Gold Mine occurs in structural alteration zone.The previously used short-hole shrinkage mining method has poor safety and high mining loss and dilution.In light of those problems,in order for the safety of stope operation,stable ore rock ground pressure,lower mining loss and dilution,and to ensure stope production capacity,the study proposes upward horizontal approach filling mining method and in detail describes the mining preparation and extraction process.Field application shows that upward horizontal approach filling mining method has low mining loss and dilution with the mining loss rate only 8 % and ore dilution rate 12 %.The operation safety is greatly improved compared to the previous one.The comprehensive production capacity reaches 130 t/d.The technical and economic index can meet production requirement.The total revenue of the mine is improved.The method is a safe,viable and economically effective.
