摘要:

针对机械化上向水平分层充填采矿法二步采场在进行回采作业时,一步采场充填体滤水而导致二步采场两帮围岩条件恶化的问题,提出并进行了踏步式上向水平分层充填采矿法的试验研究。以新城金矿V号矿体为工程背景,对踏步式上向水平分层充填采矿法的回采工艺设置不同的回采步距,结合Flac 3D数值模拟技术对回采过程进行模拟分析,并对回采过程中关键点的位移和应力进行综合比较,从而确定最佳回采步距,确保V号矿体的安全高效开采。结合不同工况下的应力位移分析结果最终确定采场参数,一步采场二步采场回采步距为20.0 m,即一步采场超前二步采场6个分层。经工程应用表明,在试验采场得到了生产能力1 120 t/d、采矿损失率4.6 %、矿石贫化率4.5 %的经济技术指标。

Abstract:

The surrounding rock conditions of the second-step deteriorate due to the filtered water from the first-step stope in mechanized upward horizontal slicing and filling stoping.In light of that,the paper proposed and carried out experimental research on alternating-step upward horizontal slicing filling stoping method.The paper conducted the case study of V orebody of Xincheng Gold Mine,set up different step distance to the extraction process of the alternating-step upward horizontal slicing filling stoping,simulated and analyzed extraction process with Flac3D numerical simulation technology,and compared the displacement and stress of key points in the extraction process,in order to determine optimal step distance and ensure safe and efficient extraction of V ore body.Based on the results of stress displacement analysis under different working status,the paper determined the step distance between first-step and second-step stope to be 20.0 m,meaning that the optimal step distance is the first-step stope being 6 layers ahead of the second-step stope.The engineering application shows that the technical and economic index in experimental stope are: production capacity is 1 120 t/d,the mining loss rate is 4.6 % and ore dilution rate is 4.5 %.
